Insurance claims
Kosarek Construction Company is a roofing contractor and does not act as a public insurance adjuster. Coverage determinations and claim decisions are made solely by your insurance carrier under the terms of your policy.
Emergency situations
If there is an active safety hazard — structural collapse, downed power lines, gas odor, or flooding — call 911 first. Do not climb onto a damaged roof.
Limitation of liability
